Bastille Day at the Jules Verne

In case you were interested, the Jules Verne restaurant atop the Eiffel Tower is now accepting reservations for dinner on Bastille Day (Thursday July 14th).  Act quickly though, it looks like you have to have your deposit in by Wednesday June 1st and at a price of 240€ per person, you may need a few extra dollars in your wallet!

Chaud/froid of Bresse chicken, crayfish and caviar


Preserved duck foie gras and artichokes, delicate gelée of Sauternes


Roasted Dublin bay prawns, sautéed green vegetables


Steamed sole, tender zucchini and eggplant, Dugléré sauce


Seared thick medallion of veal, Anna-style potatoes, cooking jus


Pan-sautéed apricots as a delicate tartlet, almonds cream


Crunchy chocolate palet, pistachio granite
