I had the opportunity to see the end of the Tour de France on my trip to Paris. Instead of watching from Place de la Concorde or near the Champs Elysées where we knew it would be packed, we stood in front of the Institute de France. It was nice because it wasn’t too crowded and the cyclists were only feet away from us! We waited for what seemed like forever for the cyclists to pass, only to have my eyes blink and *poof* they were gone! Really, they were there and then they were gone. Luckily on had my camera on burst mode so I was able to capture some photos!
