Shakespeare & Co.

Shakespeare & Co. has to be the smallest, most cramped bookstore I have ever been in.  It is located in the Latin Quarter (5th arrondissement), just across from the Notre-Dame cathedral.

Inside, the narrow walkways between the shelves make it hard to move.  The minimal space is only compounded by all of the people inside making it even more cramped. 

A sight to see? Yes.  A place to roam thorough in search of a particular book? Probably not.
