7L

While in Paris in 2010, I stayed at a charming little apartment on rue de Lille.  The owners informed me that they have, on occasion, seen Karl Lagerfeld exiting his gold Hummer and entering 7L.  Though I don't know if the Hummer is still Lagerfeld's vehicle of choice, I do know that 7L is his studio (where many Chanel campaigns are shot) that doubles as a bookstore for the fashion savvy.
