I wanted to make cupcakes, but I ran out of icing sugar and wasn't in the mood to go to the grocery store. Since I usually make buttercream icing...icing sugar was a must! Instead, of making my standard white cupcakes again, I pulled out my Martha Stewart Cupcakes book and decided to make something new. Something that did not require icing sugar. The snickerdoodle cupcakes looked quite enticing and because the 7-minute frosting does not require icing sugar, that was what I decided to make. I've never made a snickerdoodle cupcake before, but I'll be sure to make them again!
