Rental Carriage House in Paris

Kein Cross, a Manhattan designer, knew that this rental carriage house in Paris was his dream house the moment he saw it.  I'm not sure too many people would have thought the same based on the pictures below:

Mr. Cross knew that the house just needed a little love and re-decorating.  He was so excited to live in this house that he paid the owner 3 years worth of rent in advance.  Renovating any house has many obstacles, but when the house is only 19 feet long and 6 1/2 feet wide those obstacles increase substantially.  The owner allowed Kein flexibility in redecorating the house, and with the total cost of renovations being $25,000, and the outcome was amazing.

One day hopefully I'll be able to own my own flat in Paris!
